CRYSTALYX Sweet 14% is a nutrient-dense supplement designed for cattle, equine, bison, sheep and goats.  It can be fed in pastures where various species co-mingle. Sweet 14% provides supplemental protein and energy to livestock consuming forage-based diets.

Feeding Instructions

CRYSTALYX SWEET 14% supplement is designed for self-feeding situations where cattle, sheep, goats, equines and/or bison are grazed in common pastures.

Place containers in areas that achieve desired supplement intake. Once acceptable intake levels have been achieved, the containers may be moved to underutilized pasture areas to improve grazing distribution and forage utilization. Feed at the rate of one container for every 20-30 head of cattle, equines and bison, and 10-20 head of sheep and goats. A minimum of two (2) containers may be necessary in each lot or pasture to ensure proper accessibility. Self-fed consumption will depend on size of the animals fed, seasonal weather conditions, as well as quality, source and availability of other feeds. Cattle, equines, and bison typically consume between 0.5 and 1.5 pounds per head per day.  Sheep and goats typically consume between 1 and 5 ounces per head per day.

ALL CONSUMPTION FIGURES STATED HERE ARE APPROXIMATE. PROVIDE FREE ACCESS TO CLEAN, FRESH WATER AT ALL TIMES. CRYSTALYX SWEET 14% SUPPLEMENT CONTAINS NO SALT. PROVIDE SALT FREE CHOICE. CONTAINS NO ADDED COPPER.

NOTE:  CRYSTALYX Brand Supplements deliver a continuous supply of nutrients and are designed as a supplement to the animal's diet. In situations where additional nutrients are needed, contact your feed representative for specific recommendations.

CAUTION: Consumption of selenium should not exceed 3 mg per head per day for cattle, bison and equines and 0.7 mg daily for sheep and goats.

CAUTION: Equines must be managed so that consumption of this block does not exceed three (3) pounds per head per day.
